In modern elastic systems, an important task is to predict changes in load processes. Estimating the change rate helps adapt system structure advance maintain quality of user experience. solutions, little attention paid analysis which directly affects how far it necessary turn nodes on or off from computing process. most cases, these trigger intervals are set pre-set static values. order determine process rate, sufficient solve linear approximation problem over interval increase decrease function time. The existing methods do not satisfy all requirements for systems environments, necessitates development own method.
